I had my VW CC towed here after what I thought I was a transmission issue. When I shifted the gear shift to drive or reverse, my car would make a whining noise and not engage. Rudy diagnosed the issue as a bad alternator, belt and pulley. Whew!!! A LIFE SAVER!! He also stated I needed rear brakes which I allowed them to complete as well. The pricing was upfront and fair. I really appreciate honest business owners because that causes repeat customers which folks don’t understand how valuable that is. I will be utilizing this car repair shop for all my repair needs going forward!! Kudos to you and your team Rudy!!!

I had a fantastic positive experience and outcome with these folks. Very personable but more importantly, very skilled and knowledgeable at their craft. My BMW was taken care of and BMW itself couldn’t even fix my issues after several trips BMW service. These guys fixed every single issue and my car is driving and running very smoothly. If you don’t wanna waste your money at the BMW or European dealerships, go to these folks. They are certified, trustworthy skilled and i can’t say enough about them. My check engine light never came back!!! And they are now my go to guys. 100.

Ivy was very helpful with the diagnostics she gave me for my jeep. I took a long trip from South Florida to Atlanta which came with many problems. I also got an exterior/interior cleaning for very cheap. Every issue I had fixed including the car wash was no more than $300 altogether

I had a great experience at European Auto Parks! The staff was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my car quickly and explained everything clearly before starting the repairs. The pricing was fair, and the work was completed on time. My car is running better than ever. I really appreciate their transparency and excellent customer service—highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable auto repair. And they were able to use my carsheild with no problems.
